1. Services

Experion Infotech provides digital marketing, website development, e-commerce account management, SEO, SMM, SMO, and related services. The scope of work will be defined in the service agreement or proposal shared with the client.

2. Payments & Fees

• All payments must be made as per the agreed terms in the invoice or service agreement.

• Work will commence only after the initial payment or advance is received.

• Delayed payments may result in service suspension without prior notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide accurate information, content, and approvals required for the project.

• Any delays in providing information may affect project timelines.

4. Revisions & Changes

• Minor revisions are included as per the agreed scope of work.

• Additional changes beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.

5. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality. All business data, credentials, and sensitive information will be handled securely and not shared without consent.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, designs, and materials created by Experion Infotech remain our property until full payment is received.

• Upon final payment, ownership of deliverables (as agreed) will be transferred to the client.

7. Service Limitations

We strive to achieve the best possible results but do not guarantee specific rankings, sales numbers, or traffic results due to factors beyond our control (e.g., market conditions, algorithm updates).

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the services by giving a written notice of 45 days, as per the agreement. Outstanding dues must be cleared before termination.

9. No Freelancing Clause

Employees and contractors of Experion Infotech are not permitted to work directly with clients outside the company.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
